Our Mission

 

To cultivate a community of families and teachers working together to provide a high quality, safe, stimulating and positive environment that enhances and fosters the physical, emotional, cognitive, creative and social development of individual children, through play-based learning and discovery. The mission will be implemented by practicing an emergent and constructionist curriculum; that inspires children to learn through active engagement.

Child Safety

 

Treasured Moments Childcare maintains stringent health and safety practices for staff and Children. Our health and safety policies and practices are based on the Caring for Our Children, National Health and Safety Standards; Guidelines for Early Care and Education. In addition we at Treasured Moments takes COVID-19 very serious. We sanitize  all highly touched area frequently. We vigorously clean toys at the end of the night, and hand washing for kids is every 30 mins. Staff and school-agers are required to wear mask while in the building. Temperatures are taking before anyone can enter the building.

​Our Staff

​

Staff members undergo a thorough screening and hiring process, including a state-required background check. All staff members maintain certification in first aid along with infant/child and adult CPR. Annual training in the areas of infant safe sleep, prevention of shaken baby syndrome, medication administration, child abuse and neglect mandated reporting, and blood borne pathogens and universal precautions is provided as well as continuous reviews of all of our health and safety policies.
